This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed within Australia and provides clear information about our return eligibility, refund timeframes, and return conditions.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and components
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return method: All returns are processed by mail only.
2. Items Not Eligible For Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged or altered by the customer
3. How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email support@mesuhi.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.

Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and send you return authorisation with instructions.

Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and components included.
- Ship It Back: Use a trackable courier service and send to the address provided in your return authorisation email.
4. Return Costs
For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
No cost to you. Mesuhi covers all return shipping when the fault is ours.
For Change of Mind Returns:
Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for trackable return shipping. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We charge 10% restocking fees on change-of-mind returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund Processing time is 10 business days
- Your payment provider may take additional time to release funds
If the return is not approved, the reason will be explained in writing.
6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@mesuhi.com immediately with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item following our returns process and place a new order once your refund has been issued.
