1. Where does Mesuhi ship to?

We deliver to all residential and business addresses across Australia. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

2. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, transit typically takes 7–12 business days, Monday to Friday.

The total estimated delivery time is 10–17 business days from the date of order, depending on location and courier conditions.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Mesuhi offers free standard shipping for all orders in Australia.

5. How to track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track it on our tracking page here.

6. Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking updates may take 2–4 business days to appear after dispatch.

During transit, updates may pause while parcels move between courier facilities.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

9. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions. Read our full return policy here.

10. What are the conditions for a return?

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with all parts and accessories included. A valid order reference is required.

11. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

You must contact us immediately at support@mesuhi.com after delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

12. When will my refund be issued?

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

13. Do you offer exchanges?

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. items must be returned, and a new order placed as explained in our return policy.
